Afrixir Advertiser Policy

This Advertiser Policy (“Policy”) governs all advertising, promotional content, sponsored posts, and commercial campaigns (“Ads”) placed on the Afrixir platform (“Afrixir,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By submitting or running Ads on Afrixir, advertisers agree to comply with this Policy, the Afrixir Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility to Advertise

• Be a legally registered individual, company, or organization.
• Provide accurate business, billing, and contact information.
• Comply with all regional advertising laws in the countries where ads are shown.
• Ensure ad materials are original, licensed, or otherwise authorized for commercial use.

Afrixir reserves the right to verify advertiser information and deny ad access at its discretion.

2. Acceptable Advertisements

• Legal and legitimate businesses
• Consumer products and services
• Entertainment, media, and creative promotions
• Mobile apps, websites, and digital services
• Events, conferences, and online programs
• Brand campaigns suitable for general audiences
• Educational services and training programs

All ads must be appropriate for users aged 13+ and must not violate community standards.

3. Prohibited Advertisements

The following types of ads are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Illegal or Restricted Content

• Counterfeit or fake goods
• Illicit drugs or paraphernalia
• Weapons, explosives, ammunition
• Human trafficking or escort services
• Unlicensed financial services

3.2 Harmful, Unsafe, or Misleading Content

• False, deceptive, or exaggerated claims
• “Get rich quick” schemes
• Misleading investment, crypto, or trading promises
• Content promoting dangerous activities
• Ads impersonating brands or individuals

3.3 Adult or Explicit Content

• Pornographic or sexual materials
• Adult dating or escort services
• Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)

3.4 Violent or Hateful Content

• Hate speech or extremist ideology
• Graphic violence, abuse, or intimidation
• Political extremist content

3.5 Restricted Targeting Practices

• Ads targeting minors with age-inappropriate content
• Discriminatory targeting based on race, gender, religion, etc.
• Collection of personal data without consent

Afrixir may reject, remove, or modify ads that violate these restrictions.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Ensure all ad materials are truthful and not misleading
• Own or have full legal rights to all creative assets
• Clearly disclose sponsored content where required
• Ensure landing pages are safe, functional, and non-deceptive
• Respect user privacy and comply with data laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Afrixir is not responsible for any advertiser’s claims or actions.

5. Creative Standards

• Be clear, high-quality, and non-abusive
• Avoid flashing images or unsafe visual effects
• Not contain malware, pop-ups, or forced downloads
• Accurately represent the product or service

Ads that degrade user experience may be removed.

6. Creator Monetization Terms (Advertiser-Facing Summary)

• Ad revenue sharing
• Premium content purchases
• Tips or donations
• Subscription-based earnings

Advertisers acknowledge that ad placement and performance are not guaranteed, earnings depend on user activity, and Afrixir may adjust monetization rules at any time.

7. Payment & Billing

• Payment must be made through approved methods
• All campaigns are subject to review before activation
• Fraudulent billing activity results in suspension
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law

8. Enforcement & Penalties

• Reject or remove ads
• Restrict account access
• Suspend or terminate advertiser accounts
• Withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected
• Report unlawful behavior to authorities

Afrixir’s decisions regarding ad approval are final.

9. Platform Liability Disclaimer

• Advertiser claims or representations
• User reactions or interpretations of advertisements
• Business outcomes, performance, or revenue
• Losses caused by downtime or service interruptions

Afrixir acts solely as a hosting and ad distribution service. Advertisers assume full responsibility for their campaigns.

10. Updates to This Policy

Afrixir may update this Advertiser Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
